HOW TO UPLOAD PROOF OF PAYMENT

*Upload your proof of payment to the online request hub https://servicedeck.feu.edu.ph/dtsonline.php

Click Track/Login (For tracking code information kindly email 'ourdocrequest@feu.edu.ph')

Enter your username and password then click submit.

Click "ACCEPT"
